This handy, dual-pouch, one-shot, job-size packaging concept reduces the waste typically associated with the use of larger quantities of two-component reactive adhesives.

Many companies have made Double/Bubble an integral part of their tool boxes and installation kits. The variety of Double/Bubble formulations available, combined with their dispensing convenience, means virtually any repair or maintenance job can be handled on-the-spot.

Select Double/Bubble adhesives are available in convenient dual barrel syringes, dispenser-gun cartridges with disposable static-mixer applicator tips and a range of poly-bottle sizes. All adhesives are available in larger size containers.

NOTE: When joining different substrates, select the adhesive recommended for both substrates (e.g., for bonding carbon steel to nylon, the orange epoxy package is the product of choice).

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface must be clean and dry before application. Remove all chemicals, dirt, wax and oil.

One-Shot, Job-Size Double/Bubble Packages
Royal - Hardman^® epoxies are 2-part structural adhesives that are strong and versatile. They contain no solvents will not shrink and cure at room temperature. Epoxies are effective over a wide range of temperatures for bonding metal, glass, ceramics, wood, concrete and most hard plastics. They are cost-effective...usually more economical than mechanical fasteners and do not induce galvanic corrosion.

Extra Fast Setting - Red package

Description: Extra fast setting for quick repairs. Excellent adhesive for bonding wood, glass, metal, stone, concrete, ceramics and leather.
Typical Uses: Repairing tools, auto parts, electrical/electronic components, furniture and other applications that require a fast-setting adhesive.

One-Shot, Job-Size Double/Bubble Packages
Royal - Hardman^® urethanes are strong, 2-part, rigid and flexible adhesives with excellent resistance to tearing, abrasion, wear and scratching. Quick-curing, recommended for bonding metal, glass, ceramics, most plastics and flexible materials of all types. They contain no solvents and cure with very low shrinkage.

Description: A good combination of high peel and lap shear strengths. Semi-flexible and will bond to rubber, leather, china and many plastics. Royal - Hardman's^® silicone is a versatile, one-part, heat resistant, non-sagging adhesive/sealant that cures at room temperature to a tough, rubbery solid. It performs throughout a wide temperature range of -85° to 450°F.
