Adhesives General Product Description

EPOWELD 3243 A/B High Impact Epoxy
A high-impact, two-component, room temperature cure epoxy adhesive with excellent cohesive strength, pull-out strength and torque resistance.
Bonds: Metal, wood, ceramics, concrete, rubber and plastics.
Typical Uses: Bonding golf club heads, striking tool heads, grinding wheel hubs, metal doors and windows. A golf industry standard for over 30 years.
Packaged: Syringes, dual barrel cartridges, poly bottles, 1 gallon cans, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.

EPOWELD 3648A/S-6B General Purpose, Structural Epoxy
A two-component, room temperature cure epoxy designed for medical adhesive and electrical applications. Excellent impact resistance and environmental stability.
Bonds: Glass, plastic and metal.
Typical Uses: Bonding glass or plastic syringes to stainless steel needles. Repair printed circuit boards and printed wire boards with operating temperatures to 150°C.
Packaged: 1 gallon cans, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.

EPOWELD 3672 A/B (04004) Transparent, Water-Clear Epoxy
A water-clear, self-leveling, blush-free, epoxy used as an adhesive or coating. Impact resistant, will not attack surface coatings and does not electrically corrode copper.
Bonds: Ceramics, glass, porcelain, wood and metal.
Typical Uses: Repair printed circuit boards, tack wires, mount and tamperproof printed circuit board components. Also used in optical fibers, lenses and other optical equipment, jewelry and art objects where a clear bond is desired.
Packaged: Double/Bubble® 3.5 gram “Job-Size” packets, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.

EPOWELD 3673 A/B (04003) Wet Surface Patching Epoxy
A gap-filling adhesive for use in damp or moist environments. Cures and bonds under water.
Bonds: Stone, concrete, metal, glass, china, wood and fiberglass.
Typical Uses: Wet crack sealant and plumbing patch. For repair of gutters, battery cases and boats. Excellent adhesive for use with fiberglass tape.
Packaged: Double/Bubble 3.5 gram “Job-Size” packets, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.

EPOWELD 3674 A/B (04002) Machineable, Fast Setting Epoxy
A patching epoxy that can be machined, sanded, drilled and tapped. Excellent when used as a “gap filler”.
Bonds: Metal, wood and hard plastic tooling.
Typical Uses: Patching and filling voids and scratches in plastic and metal tooling, patterns and furniture.
Packaged: Double/Bubble 3.5 gram “Job-Size” packet, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.

EPOWELD 7020A / 3655B(S-6) High Impact Epoxy
A room temperature cured, medium viscosity, two-component epoxy designed for all general purpose adhesive and casting applications. High tensile and lap shear strengths.
Bonds: Metal, wood and fiberglass.
Typical Uses: Recommended as a tooling compound for bonding striking tools such as hammers, axes and sledge hammers.
Packaged: Poly bottles, gallon cans, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.

EPOWELD 7774 A/B (04006) Regular Setting, Low-Viscosity Epoxy
A low-viscosity adhesive with a fairly long work-life.
Bonds: Metal, wood, concrete, fabrics and most plastics.
Typical Uses: Excellent for applications requiring a thin glue line. Ideal for furniture, hobby use, sports equipment repair and low-voltage electrical potting.

EPOWELD 7895 A/B (04005) General Purpose Epoxy
A strong, general-purpose, two-component, room temperature cure epoxy with high cohesive strength and excellent impact and vibration resistance.

Typical Uses: Gap filling, fixturing, tacking, sealing, repairing of tools, auto parts, electrical and electronic components, industrial and electrical staking, furniture and other applications that require a fast setting adhesive.

KALEX 15036 A/B (04023) High Shear Strength Urethane
A two part, fast setting, semi-flexible, high lap, shear and peel strength urethane with good peel strength.
Bonds: Some metals, leather, china, glass, stone and many plastics.
Typical Uses: Repair of urethane RIM parts, rubber hoses and flexible electrical connections.
Packaged: Double/Bubble 3.5 gram “Job-Size” packets.

KALEX 15038 A/B (04022) High Peel Strength Urethane
A two-part, high peel and lap shear strength, fast setting, semi-flexible urethane system.
Bonds: Some metals, rubber, leather, stone, glass, china and many plastics.
Typical Uses: For automotive repairs, bonding aftermarket replacement mirrors, repair of shoes, ski boots and conveyor belts.

KALEX 16308 A/B (04024) General Purpose Urethane
A two-part, general purpose, quick setting, tough, high peel and flexible polyurethane system.
Bonds: Most metals, plastics, rubber, glass and leather.
Typical Uses: Repair of construction and off-road tires, flexible conveyor belts, printing press rollers, rubberized fabrics, shoes, ski boots, bonding refrigeration and AC equipment. Good for low temperature, sub-zero applications.
