Product Description
EPOCAP 15144 A/B General Purpose Encapsulation
Epoxy
A room temperature
cure, two-component, general purpose potting and encapsulation system. Extremely
low exotherm and shrinkage as well as good thermal shock resistance.
Typical Uses: For
potting and encapsulating of low voltage applications such as ballasts, starters,
mercury switches, etc.
Packaged: 1
gallon cans, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.

16505 A/B Encapsulation Epoxy
A filled, two-component,
room temperature cure, general purpose electrical potting and encapsulating system.
Typical Uses: For
potting and encapsulating of low voltage devices such as transformers, coils,
switches, time delay relays, connectors and other electrical and electronic components.
Packaged: 1 gallon cans, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.
EPOCAP 17550 A/B UL
Low Voltage Potting Epoxy
A room temperature
cure, semi-rigid, general purpose potting compound developed for low voltage applications.
Extremely low exotherm and shrinkage. UL recognized as having a UL 94V-0 flame
rating at 0.250 inches.
Typical Uses: Developed
for low voltage applications such as ballasts, starters and mercury switches.
Packaged: 1 gallon
cans, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.

19174 A/B UL Listed Encapsulation System
A two-component, room temperature
cure, semi-rigid, low-viscosity, electrical potting and encapsulation system with
a long work life.
Typical Uses:
For potting tightly wound coils, transformers, time delay relays and other low
or medium voltage electrical or electronic devices.
Packaged:
1 gallon cans, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.
EPOWELD 3243 A/B High
Impact Epoxy
A high-impact,
two-component, room temperature cure epoxy adhesive with excellent cohesive strength,
pull-out strength and torque resistance.
Bonds: Metal,
wood, ceramics, concrete, rubber and plastics.
Typical Uses: Bonding
golf club heads, striking tool heads, grinding wheel hubs, metal doors and windows.
A golf industry standard for over 30 years.
Packaged: Syringes, dual barrel cartridges, poly bottles,
1 gallon cans, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.
EPOWELD 7774 A/B (04006)
Regular Setting, Low Viscosity Epoxy
A low-viscosity adhesive with
a fairly long work-life.
Bonds: Metal,
wood, concrete, fabrics and most plastics.
Typical Uses: Excellent
for applications requiring a thin glue line. Ideal for furniture, hobby use, sports
equipment repair and low voltage electrical potting.
Packaged: Double/Bubble 3.5 gram “Job-Size” packets,
5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.
EPOWELD
13215 A/B Clear Casting/Encapsulation Epoxy
A clear, two-component, room
temperature cure epoxy that exhibits none of the usual amber color or blushing
tendencies of traditional epoxy casting systems. Excellent clarity in thick sections
and outstanding air bubble release.
Typical Uses:
Clear castings, clear coating, embedding decals and logos, decoupage and
jewelry applications.
Packaged: Dual barrel cartridges, poly bottles, 1 gallon metal cans, 5
gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.
KALEX 16324 A/B Low
Viscosity Potting Urethane
A low-viscosity, room
temperature cure urethane system for potting and encapsulating applications. Excellent
thermal shock and electrical properties combined with excellent hydrolytic stability.
Typical Uses: Potting
electronic power packs for marine outboard motors and automotive parts.
Packaged: Dual barrel cartridges, poly bottles, 1 gallon metal cans, 5
gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.
